I'm a 38 years old father and husband. I got two wonderful kids and a beautiful wife. Love to travel and drink wine once in a while and play the drums as a hobby.
Well, so let me tell you more about my duties and challenges in my daily routine.
I've been getting through this wonder world of communications and creative process since 2002, and for the last 16 years I've been working with something related to Media Broadcasting.
In 2020 I started my current position at Sistema Verdes Mares, the biggest media group in state of Ceará-Brazil, which has 3 Radio stations, 3 TV Channels and 3 News websites, including the biggest one in the Brazilian Northeast, according to Comscore: diariodonordeste.com.br. The SVM Communication hub is the leader in market share in all segments: TV, radio and News website. Is affiliated to Globo, the largest commercial TV network in Latin America and the second-largest commercial TV network in the world and the largest producer of telenovelas. All of this makes Globo renowned as one of the most important television networks in the world and Grupo Globo as one of the largest media groups.
Getting to my duties...
As Creative Manager I am responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Overseeing the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects.
Also implementing policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals.
Leading and developing a team of designers and copywriters,managing the day-to-day performance of their Jobs using KPIs.
Working with project managers and the sales team, I lead the development of creative briefs and utilizing design methodologies that meet the business objectives and deadlines of the organization and clients, to ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets, evaluating and adopting the most effective tools and techniques across all media.
